How we use it, and why.

Who we share it with.

Some of our service providers, and some of our own team, are outside the UK, including in the United States, Costa Rica and India. When information leaves the UK we protect it with recognised safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or UK adequacy regulations, including the UK–US data bridge where it applies.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to move elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Contact us through our Contact page and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d welcome the chance to put it right first.
